Holiday home with pool for 6 people in the Algarve
Nestled in the tranquil Algarve countryside, surrounded by flowering sage, fragrant lavender and almond trees,
10 minutes from Albufeira, located on a hillside is the "VIVENDA ISA". Albufeira's scenic beaches can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes by car. There you have the choice between small idyllic rocky coves or extensive sandy beaches.
Our intention as owner is that you can enjoy your holiday and feel at home in the Vivenda Isa from the first minute.
The villa has
• 3 double bedrooms, with air conditioning
• 1 reading room with couch,
• 2 full baths (one with walk-in shower, one with bath) and a guest toilet.
The living and dining room has a fireplace,
• Internet / W-LAN
• German-language satellite TV
The kitchen is fully equipped with
• dishwasher,
• Glass ceramic hob
• Oven
• Microwave, coffee maker,
• fridge with freezer
Outside, embedded in the terrace, is the beautiful pool with Roman steps for easy access.
An outdoor shower right by the pool is available as well as sun loungers and various seats.
You can easily reach the property through the electric remote-controlled courtyard gate. You can get into the house either via the wheelchair-accessible incline via the terrace in the house or via the stairs through the main entrance.
The property has a total area of 1,000 m².
The house is built wheelchair friendly. A double room can be adapted for the disabled with a bed for the disabled.
On request, a shower and toilet chair is available.
The attached bathroom has a walk-in shower. This bedroom has air conditioning.
The builder has taken care that all doors are extra wide to comfortably reach all rooms with a wheelchair.
By the pool there is a pool lift for easy entry into the pool. At the pool edge poles are attached for a good grip.
