The villa has 3 double rooms each with air conditioning, 1 reading room with couch, 2 full bathrooms (one with walk-in shower, one with bathtub) and a guest toilet. The living and dining room has a fireplace, Internet / W-LAN and German-language satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer. A washing machine, dryer, iron and rotary clothes dryer are available separately.
The terrace offers you plenty of space, not only for cozy evening hours with a glass of Vino Verde, as well as our lounge with gas grill. From the beautifully landscaped garden you have a distant view of the Atlantic. Outside, embedded in the terrace, is the beautiful pool with Roman steps for easy access. An outdoor shower right by the pool is available as well as sun loungers and various seats.
The pool is heated by a solar heater. I.e. unfortunately no pool heating without sun.
You can easily reach the property through the electric remote-controlled courtyard gate. You can get into the house either via the wheelchair-accessible incline via the terrace in the house or via the stairs through the main entrance. The property has a total area of approx. 1,000 m².
